My Books For You:

I wrote One Man in Ten Million over the course of two years and published it in 2013. It is a tribute to both my father and the men of his generation. There is a reason Tom Brocaw labelled them "The Greatest Generation" and I hope I have done them a service in documenting part of their tale. Wrong Bus is a book that is currently going through the publishing process. I am confident it will be available before summer. This book is a work of fiction that involves a kidnapping and one man's struggle through the myriad of obstacles keeping him from finding his children.

The quietness of foxhole life for long periods of time could be almost unnerving, but if you just waited, all hell would break loose, bringing you out of the stupor you had slumped into. One minute it was so quiet, I could hear my own heart beat, the next, it was so loud, I couldn't even hear my own screams.

Dr. Jeffrey Spencer let his phone drop back onto the receiver without looking to see if it was even going to land where it should. He had finally done it. He had stooped as low as he possibly could. In fact, he felt as if he had just completed a pact with the devil himself.

Dr Spencer's pact sets in motion events that will force Jack Garland, Williamson/Porter High School Principal, to literally and figuratively determine who is, or who isn't, on the Wrong Bus. His ability to navigate the circumstances thrust upon him will determine the fate of his twenty-two year marriage and ultimately the fate of his children.

Wrong Bus will question your own capacity to forgive.

The tale of my father's service in the European Theater of Operations has been given a new cover, a listing of professional rexiews, and added material. I think it is a must read for the younger generations so they can understand and appreciate the sacrifices made by their grandfathers and greatgrandfathers. War is Hell, and it always will be. We will continue to send our young men and women to do our fighting and many will have their potential cut short. It is a tragedy replayed through all ages. This book is not intended to glorify war, instead it is intended to honor those that have fought and lived and those that have fought and died so the rest of us don't have to. Can their be any greater sacrifice?

It Has Finally Arrived!

The sequel to Wrong Bus

(Another Jack Garland Novel)

This novel will take you from the airfields of World War II Manchuria to the Island of Taiwan. You will spend time in Hong Kong and the United States. Jack has alot of explaining to do after he recieved the letter from Katie Lee containing the accusation of him being her real father. The tale takes many twists and turns culminating in a surprising ending, that I promise you will not leave you hanging like the ending to Wrong Bus.
